Principal's Welcome

It gives me great joy to welcome you to the school community of St. Joseph Catholic School and to our official website.

Since 1943, and building upon the charism of the Sisters of Mercy who first staffed the school, we have served God’s people in the Catholic Community of our two parishes, St. Teresa of Avila and St. Joseph. We continue today to provide a quality Catholic education to each and every student. Through a spirit of community and cooperation we strive to offer our students the best educational opportunities possible while at the same time instilling in them Catholic Christian values which help them become better persons.

In the school year 2006/07 our school underwent its 5th re-accreditation by the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) and by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) St. Joseph Catholic School successfully received another full six year term through 2013.
